Exchange is No Problem for Synergy Group

[Published on IT Web: 27 May 2011] -
ComutaNet, the largest commuter media solutions provider in the country, needed a Microsoft Exchange solution. And fast. After searching (joylessly) for a solution elsewhere, they decided to go with Synergy Group.

Having already worked with Synergy Group on previous projects, the ComutaNet powers that be were confident the Exchange problem would be resolved by Synergy Group. And they were right.

Allan Moore of ComutaNet says: “The service from Synergy's side was incredible, including the extra mile that the technical side went for us. Improving Exchange from the bleak condition it was in meant business as usual with little or no disruption in services.”

While busy on another project with ComutaNet, one of Synergy Group's senior networking consultants, Christopher Todd, identified the problem and suggested that the Exchange be redone.

Sean Westmore, Operations Manager of Synergy Group, maintains: “Understanding clients' needs helps us navigate the path to effective resolutions.” He goes on to explain that “the decision to complete the majority of the project remotely, and after office hours, was made in order to ensure no productive downtime for ComutaNet”.

Due to the vigilance and professionalism of Synergy Group, ComutaNet's Exchange is stable and hassle free.

Moore says: “I am so impressed with Synergy that any special projects going forward will involve [the] Group.” And, on that note, Synergy has been awarded a mandate to redesign ComutaNet's HQ IP Network. No problem.
